make sure you installed the capswitch app to turn off the security that prevent you from seeing the private file. then u just follow the video. im using swiss manager pro to transfer the skin. here i attach the link to download the apps;-

this is a diary of my modification and improvement attemp on my sony ericsson W960i. I bought this phone a few month ago somewhere on December 2008. Its an unlock version and can operate on all Malaysia Telco line. I choose this phone because I was looking for a new platform to try after a few years modding motorola devices.
